Description
METAL CAST DLC 800 K is a fully synthetic concentrated release agent for die-casting of aluminum and magnesium alloys.
In particular, METAL CAST DLC 800 K has been developed to allow the production of parts connected to the automotive sector, where the criticality of the pieces can be seen, it is a need for a particular smoothness of the metal inside the mold and for removal of assigned heat.
DLC 800 K is a wax-free product, this thanks to the use of a new generation of raw materials which constitutes an exceptional detachment power, but they do not smear the mold and do not generate nozzle clogging problems.
DLC 800 K is designed to be used for productions that must be painted without any pretreatment after casting (an adequate pretreatment is always recommended).
METAL CAST DLC 800 K thanks to its emulsifying stability, it can also be used in recovery plants.
