Product for starting molds
Description
KLP BIO is an ester based oil with an additivation of an high viscosity siloxane oil, completely synthetic, free of solvents.
It is suggested for mould starting, sprayed in small doses, it creates a layer on mould and allows to detach very easely aluminum from die.
Flame point is over 210°C.
Compared to standard greases it is very clean, and is possible arrive everywhere in the mould.
Application
KLP BIO is not soluble in water.
Use spray or brush on the points required.
