FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID
Description
Lubrochem ALU SAFE 620 is a premium quality water-glycol type fire-resistant hydraulic fluid.
The fluid provides maximum safety in terms of fire resistance together with the optimum combination of performance characteristics and economy to the user.
It is used in a wide variety of steel mills, automotive and metal industry applications. ALU SAFE 620 has excellent fire resistance and anti-wear performance as is recommended for use in power transmission applications where there is a significant risk of ignition in the event of fluid leakage, such as furnace door and die casting machine hydraulic systems.
The product contains no glycerin Lubrochem Italy srl provides an excellent quality of ALUSAFE and is responsible for any malfunction of the plant where it is used under the following conditions:
– Analysis of materials and machinery to detect that the damage is actually attributable to the product
– Periodically controls of Hydraulic fluids that Lubrochem makes free (at least every six months).
